Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If our software fails to function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same subscription twice
- Unauthorized Transaction: If a purchase was made without your consent (requires verification)
- Service Unavailability: If the service is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days during your subscription period
Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date to be considered.
