Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Cryptocurrency: Refunds for crypto payments will be issued in equivalent USD value at the time of refund (not the original crypto amount)
  • Other Payment Methods: Processing time varies by provider (typically 5-14 business days)

Important: Refunds are processed in the same currency and to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges:

  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period
  • You will retain access to the service until the end of your current subscription period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing cycle

Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate account termination
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities
  • We maintain transaction records and will contest unauthorized chargebacks
  • Accounts terminated due to chargebacks are not eligible for reinstatement
