• Single User: Each license is valid for one user only. Multi-user licenses require separate arrangements.
• No Transfer: You may not transfer, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense your access to any third party.

• Updates: License includes access to updates and improvements during your subscription period.

All purchases and subscriptions are subject to the following payment terms:

• Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase for monthly plans or 14 days for annual plans.
• Refund Exclusions: Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to Terms violations or after significant use of services.

• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely claiming affiliation with Awakenware.

• Circumventing or attempting to bypass any security measures, access controls, or usage limits.
• Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting our services without explicit written permission.
